Sky hub broadband box

My internet with the current provider is turning off tomorrow but my Sky hub broadband box has not yet arrived. It is being turned on tomorrow, when I check my orders it just says despatched, but I am getting concerned that it will not arrive for tomorrow and don't know how I can check as I don't seem to be able to get through to anyone.

Thank-you, it arrived last night, so I plugged it in this morning as instruction, the button say we have wifi but no internet, does anyone know what to do, please?

Have you received an sms from openreach on behalf of sky.  Actual activation can be up until midnight

I received a text saying "Hi great news your Sky broadband is now active." Is that the same thing?

That is actually from openreach on behalf of sky.  Sky themselves have to activatate it as well

I have returned to sky back from my other provider but I took sky tv and sky broadband but I haven't got the router to box for sky equipment can you send me the box and 2 WiFi box for the bedroom please

@Tdlloyd your post is somewhat confusing as you say you have returned to Sky so should not have to send the Sky kit baxk. if you are leaving Sky they will send you the packaging as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

No I want sky router from you and 2 WiFi disc if possible for me to be connected by 15 August but I got no router to connected can you send me one
