Sky hub SR213 replacement to orbi guide

Hi fellow gurus 

Recently had sky fibre 500 fitted 

It's fttp with the new open reach ont fitted to wall. The sky hub WiFi wont reach to our farthest bedrooms in bungalow from it's position in living room. Ive got a Netgear Orbi dual set rbk50 package.

Is it possible to use this package instead of the sky hub sr213 as my router and satellite to increase WiFi so I can ditch the sky hub completely.

Could Anybody please give me details to correctly set this package up please as im a network noobie

Are you in uk or ireland ? Either way so long as the rbk50 has the following fimware. 

RBK50

V2.5.0.22 and above

You'll be good to go

UK details

Dhcp option 61 cllent idenifier           anything@skydsl|anything

Ireland  settings

Connection type   pppoe

Username       anything@skydsl

Password        anything

Vlan id              enabled and type in 10

Do you mean I have to type anything I want ? is there a correct amount of characters to use

Also the character after @skydsl is it a foward slash or that exact character as it looks like a long line

@Trojan2 you can replace the word anything with anything you like or leave it as it is it doesn't matter. If your Orbi only has one field for both user and password fields you need a pipe symbol to separate the two fields which is shown as | when typed
