Sky hub 42 dropping out

It's dropping out loads today nothing found on sky app service status in broadband test nothing shown but chatting to sky today they ran a test and found a fault so they booked an engineer tomorrow it's constantly dropping from orange lights to green then settling then back to orange lights flashing on off constantly but nothing found on sky app test results strange

If you see from image Internet light flashing orange then broadband light flashing orange then voice light flashing orange lights did it loads today then sky stream cut out with no broadband signal with a offline notification so obviously something gone wrong with it
