Sky has sent a Sky box? For full fibre installation

How big is whatever it is that Sky send in post ready for my Full Fibre Sky Broadband installation on 22 June? Not really sure of what they have posted to me!   We were not in on the day of delivery 3 June so gave a Safeplace for it to be left and our neighbours to check on it for us. However, Royal Mail said they delivered it and provided a photo of my letterbox with an envelope sized parcel sticking out of letterbox and said it had been delivered. Do you think they just put it through letterbox?  I am currently abroad and cannot check and it is so difficult to contact Sky.  Can anyone help? Just size of parcel I am checking really and hoping it was put through letterbox.

It could well be a broadband hub (router) and yes it might well fit through your letterbox, if it is not this then it would be an ethernet cable if you already have a broadband hub that is suitable to use with Sky Fibre.
