Sky glass Tv & broadband dropping out all the time last 24hrs

"There is a technical fault" 

after resetting router 

in the Nottingham area what's going on?!

the screens keep going blank blue 

we upgraded broadband to sky glass & multi rooms etc 

the kids can't get online to do homework!!! 
hubby can't get work done
