Sky gigafast

I just recently had the sky gigafast installed as it has no WPS button IV been unable to connect it to my sky q box, I have had to connect it as if it's a different provider as that way I could put the password in instead of the WPS button, but because I have connected it that way it doesn't see my sky mini boxes and neither can I use sky max to control my devices, I have also tried to connect with ethernet cable but still have the same issue, I have been through all the various steps that sky provide and cannot make it connect as a sky hub

@Nannan+Pandrea you do have to conne ct your main Q box to the hub using the password method. However your Q mini boxes need to be connected to the main Q box using WPS not to the hub.

What router do you have  all routers have was button, i  have sky wifi max hub  and the was button is on the side

What colour  is your  hub,router? Black  or white

It's white and cylinder shaped
