Sky ghlass tv will not connect to internet

Every time I switch tv on it doesn't connect to internet, I have to switch tv and router off at mains switch on router wait until all four lights are there then switch tv on an everything connects until the following night then do the above all over again

@Gh18 Have you looked on the sky glass part off the forum for any help keeping it locked onto the hub once connected?
