Sky full fire no incoming calls

Sky full fibre installed last week. Phone makes outgoing calls but no incoming calls. Tried the advice of rebooting boxes, checking connections etc but still unable to accept calls. I think I need technical help as none of the fix it yourself advice has yielded results. I would be grateful for any help or advice.

@Mikek3 You may just have to give sky a call about it, as you are 50% off the way there, have linked the help, but do not think that is going to solve the issue for you!

@Mikek3 Services are seperate so you are aware, and testing via a few dial in's is best, mobile like O2, EE 3 etc all different and also if you know someone with a landline, get them to ring your landline, the move from copper to fibre mostly goes smooth but things can happen and all the services have to gel together, may be as simple as voicemail is jumping in and catching all the calls so no ring your end, sky normally get it sorted out about 24Hrs after you let them know!
