Sky full broadband and sky booster

We recently had full sky fibre installed and a sky puck. We've installed a sky broadband booster skyse210, in another part of the house, the booster is showing three green lights using wps but it's asking  for a password. It won't accept the broadband hub password?

What sky router did you receive?

SKYHG12T white in colour installed by Sky engineer early August connected to full fibre.

As far as i am aware the se210 can only be used to connect a sky q mini to the sky q main box via it 5ghz wifi channel when using the max hub . In order to use the sky max hub sr213 you need a sky max pod if you want to connect the skx puck/stream box

Did you take out the wifi max subscription in which case its free. But the sky max router is now sent out with all new fttp subs so you would then have to subscribe to wifi max at £7.50 pm if not already subscribed

Hi, we took up Sky's current offer that didn't include the subscription you mentioned but we're getting very weak signal in one area of the home so will relay this to Sky next week

Just make sure when you take out the subscription you ask for the pod to be sent out right away
