Hi ,
I had my scheduled install for sky fibre yesterday which has been a total disaster. Firstly the engineer was supposed to arrive between 8 am and 1pm and didn't arrive till after 2 with no commmunication with us . Anyway as she proceeded with the job she drilled a small hole in the bedroom before proclaiming her drill had ran out of battery and passed the job to someone else who didn't arrive till about 6 and finished the job around 7 pm. Anyway , after that sky fibre still not working as supposedly not connected to the correct pole ??. It's still no working as I type . The whole experience has left me less than impressed and with a hole in the bedroom as the install took place in a different room given the original place wasn't right according to the second enigineer . I'm not sure what the issue is now given I'm still not connected . When I phoned I was told the "job was still open". i would quite like this resolved as soon as possible .
