Sky fibre not working

Morning.  Everything was fine until 9.10 am then i lost connection. Ive been on the service 2 days!   The bt connect box on the wall that you installed has an orange light on the second light from the left.  Think its called LOB.  Nothing is working and i work from home. Help

LOS, for Loss Of Signal.

 

As the name suggests, that's indicating an external fault in the optical connection, and needs reporting to Sky for investigation by Openreach.
