Sky fibre broadband

I recently had sky fibre broadband fitted. Since then I have not been able to connect to my sky services

@IRIS7 Fibre upgrade should have nothing to do with you getting to your sky services!

Hi. Thank you for your reply. But ever since I have had my new router it keeps saying I cannot connect to sky services,  Such as sky cinema. I have followed the instructions asking me to press and hold the WPS button but after that it keeps telling me that it can't connect.

@IRIS7 What sky hub do you have fitted the Black one or the White one, link if you are not sure will show you the pictures!

It is the white one.

@IRIS7 Are you using the old Sky Q box or in streaming, the WPS connection more than likely will not work hub wise!
