Sky fibre & damage to service
fibre install today by same guys who 1 week ago said they couldn't install.. shambles by Kelly communication & sky.. 3 hours on phone all around the world.. & still not resolved.. now no services tv/ telephone.. & this is the damage.. & absolutely disgusting support from sky

@sammyfooty The brown box appears to be a Virgin media inlet, VM would need to repair it as neither Sky, Openreach or any of their contractors can touch VM equipment.

Oh lord how did they even manage to share the same hole...thats some skill.
I always thought Openreach and Virgin Media would refuse to share the same hole because of this very issue you have.
But the brick damage to wall is not that bad...I have seen a large chunk of brick blown off on some install.

The black cable appears to be a twin ('shotgun') satellite dish feed.
If the white cable is an optical pigtail then it shouldn't be going through a brown external housing: current Openreach CSP enclosures are grey and previous ones were white.
