Sky fiber - keeps dropping signal
Hi, we "upgraded" to sky fiber and ever since it's been dropping while my wife and I are on teleconference calls while working from home.
can someone please advise any suggestions? It worked fine before, router location is the same and we live in a modern house that does not struggle with WiFi connection.
if this can't be fixed I need to cancel contract and try another provider- can this done while under contract if the internet is not good enough?

Re: Sky fiber - keeps dropping signal
@bowen90 while potentially you can cancel within the first 31days of a contract it is probably worth giving Sky a chancecto sort the issue. One issue that is increasingly an issue is wifi interference from neighbours' networks. This van cause loss of data packets which will cause issues with video confrencing apps.
Simply rebooting the Sky hub may help as it should find the best wifi channel to use. You can be more scientific by installing a wifi analyser app onto a phone or laptop as they should show you all of the signals in your home with their strength and channel.
