Sky drops whenever I have not used the internet for a few hours

I'm new to sky and live alone. 

Everytime i wake up in the morning or come home for work I have trouble automatically connecting with my broad band. It will normally come up with "incorrect password" for a few minutes on my phone before it connects or i will have to restart the  router. Never happened with other providers is this a Sky problem?

@Gigi26 If you are having device issue with the auto connect, you may just have to remove the connection and start all over inputing again.
