We went from having 55mb speed at the router to 3-5mb. Ran all the tests, phoned up and spent in total over an hour on the phone. Promised multiple call backs and not one was ever followed through. No effort at all has been made by sky or any member of their team to even attempt to solve the problem for us? It's bizarre how a company this big can be so bad at providing the service they are meant to.
