Sky doesn’t care

I rang yesterday morning to upgrade to full fibre 900 they offered it me £43.99 which is more than there advertised price. 

I then went to say I was quoted £35.99 then when goes to checkout it goes oh oh there a error call this number. 

well Plusnet offering it at 33.99 and a few others. What happening with sky don't they care about thier customers?

@Rookey007  ANy offers on the website are New Customer deals, you're not a new customer.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Rookey007 Do you have anything else like a call package on your BB price, £39 is the NEW customer price advertised at the moment but you are an existing customer so will not be offered that price but may get some discount towards another 24month contract!

They wouldn't offer anything I even ask to re contract my sky stream everything together but nope

@Rookey007 Sign off the times, as long as you are out off contract you can do as you need, do yourself a favour do NOT consider EE, nothing but problems!

Going to plus net was with them for years and was excellent so going back to them. 

now looking cancel stream and look at alternatives

@Rookey007 Only thing with plusnet as far as i am aware, NO landline phone with them now, so do check that out if needed!

@Rookey007 smart consumers shop around and the one touch switch sysyem reduces the risk. You can of course cancel Stream if you are out of contract on that as well but it works with any isp. Some people swear by Now TV which is a very  close alternative but watch out they are changing some of their deals to includec12 month contracts
