Sky dish got hit by lightning and now my broadband box wont turn on.
My sky dish on my house was hit by lightning and now my broadband box has "died" and wont come back on. What do i do? Do i order a new broadband box or does an engineer need to come out? If so how do i book this asap please.

@Hannah1227 lightrning will often damage routers but Sky will replace the hub if you give them a call. If you have Sky Q they will also sort out damage to the satellite dish otherwise that is down to you but there should be local satellite company who can help.

@Hannah1227 thecforum does not allow posting of numbers but all Sky customer service numbers start 03 and all go onto a single IVR system. Do not accept offers of help from the bot simply say you need to report a technical fault.
