Sky disconnected our broadband wifi in error

They cut off 12days before official moving date. They accept they have made a mistake but can't reinstate for 1 week.

can't speak to a manager or anyone that can make it happen earlier!!!!

I don't think a manager at Sky can quicken the process. It's down to Openreach and their timings.
