Sky cut off broadband early

My home move was booked for Friday October 17th. Agreed cut off date was Thursday October 16th. 

 

I woke up on Tuesday, September 16th to fine braodband had been cut off a month early. 

 

Sky have admitted their error. They say they cannot reinstate broadband as a system error means this has to be via a paper form submission, which will take a minimum of 18 days. 

 

I was offered £15 compensation. After 30 years (more fool me as a customer). My wife unable to work from home. Sky did inform me that they had waived the cancel home move charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Looks like there is no method to sort this out.
