Sky card with password

We seem to have lost the connect card (credit card sized) that we were given with new router. Is there a way we can find out what it was? Or should we phone sky to see if they can change it (it's not the password that is on back of router) Hope you can understand this. Thank you

Unfortunately the only solution is to request a Hub swap-out, which they may wish to charge for.
