The sky "contact us" line is not working. I call up and the automated voice suggests topics but hangs up on me after 17seconds.
I am trying to call because my broadband constistently registers as being under my speed gurantee everywhere but on the sky website. Fast.com shows it being constantly under what I pay for, and the sky website says it's "working".
I am tired of trying to fix this and having to constantly call to have some technican bump my speeds

The stats look fine. What device are you using to measure the speed ?, are you using wifi? Best to use an ethernet connection when using fast.com

All call to Sky go to the same bank of agents wherever they may be based.
You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

This does not work as 16-18 seconds into the call they hang up on me.

I don't have a means to ethernet direct, so yes I am using wifi.
The issue is that about once a week my connection drops to half the speed it's supposed to be, and then I have to run checks and reset the box (which I just did 20mins ago) - it's very frustrating - I am supposed to have 500mb/s and most of the time I only get 100mb/s until I reset the box or complain direct to sky - if I complain then the connection takes a month to drop to lower speeds.
I am trying to contact sky to talk direct to an advisor

If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for an agent.
