Sky buddy history?

I've recently installed sky buddy. It seems to be working but the when I check the history on my sons devices every link goes to a 404 error saying the requested url cannot be reached. 

it's been like this since I set it up and we've not knowingly done any to prevent the history being viewed- can anyone free any suggestions

I also have this issue.  The history is there but none of the links work to actually see what YouTube video was watched.

Seems a bit pointless if you can't see the detail.

Hi did you find out how to view history links? I am also getting error code 404 for my sons history for YouTube and Snapchat
