Recently moved house and since doing so I can no longer access the sky buddy app. I get the message:
To use Sky Broadband Buddy, you need the right Sky Broadband package.
For more information go to www.sky.com/buddy. If you signed up recently, you’ll be able to use Sky Broadband Buddy as soon as your subscription is active.

I know but would like a sky employee to contact me preferably. I realise the app is being phased out but I still use it and the Sky router doesn't give another method of restricting access to my childrens devices. If my access can be reinstated I'd like to have that done.
