Sky buddy app no longer working after home move.

Recently moved house and since doing so I can no longer access the sky buddy app. I get the message:

 

To use Sky Broadband Buddy, you need the right Sky Broadband package.

For more information go to www.sky.com/buddy. If you signed up recently, you’ll be able to use Sky Broadband Buddy as soon as your subscription is active.

Sky Broadband Buddy is no longer available to new users to you moving address may have placed you in that category.

Thanks Dan.

 

I know but would like a sky employee to contact me preferably. I realise the app is being phased out but I still use it and the Sky router doesn't give another method of restricting access to my childrens devices. If my access can be reinstated I'd like to have that done.

I've merged your posts together. Unfortunately it can't be reinstated. There are a number of other posts about this. It is being phased out and at present there is no information regarding if it will be replaced.
