My sky broadband superfast is down and has been all day, I've phoned sky who are sending out a egineer but won't know how long I'll be waiting. Is anyone else having issues.

This link outlines auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.

At any given point in time a small percentage of the 30 million or so domestic broadband connection in the UK will be 'having issues', and even a small percentage of that kind of number is rather a lot of addresses.
The vast majority of these issues relate to the individual circuit to the affected address rather than anything wider.

Hi
I'm from South Yorkshire. It was working fine this morning, I went out and came back to it completely offline. I've tried rebooting along with the sky advisor but no luck.
