Sky broadband upgrade

So my Broadband upgrade to Sky Full Fibre Gigafast was Monday the 25th August.

 

Sky engineer (lovely chap) turned up and installed the new box an external connection to the outside the house. Unfortunately  he said the cable hadnt been connected from the pole to the house by Openreach. And off he went.

 

3 days later still no update from either sky or BT - can anyone advise on what needs to happen next as the Virtual assistant unfortunately doesnt like my queries in this?
