For some reason my phone has stopped working on WiFi calling at home on my sky broadband GB service. It only impacts WiFi calling at home and not on other providers WiFi when there is a bad signal. We have iPhone 16 pros and on IOS 18.2.

Can you try changing your WiFi security level to WPA2 in the app. I am aware of at least one other instance of this where the above action resolved it, even though the iPhone 16 is a WPA3 capable device, which is a bit odd.
If it doesn't fix it after making the initial change then forget the WiFi network, restart the device and rejoin again with the password.
Let us know if it works.

Thank you for trying but it does not work. I have managed to get an old iPhone running on IOS18.1 and it works. It has to do with IOS18.2 which they have just introduced. Is this clashing with the security of the broadband as Three network is very poor around here and WiFi calling is by default

The other instance I am aware of had also only occurred since IOS 18.2, and at this stage I'm not sure of the actual issue. If you have 100% followed everything I suggested above then the only other thing I can suggest is to try disabling 'limit ip address tracking' in your phones ssid setting. This has been known to cause some issue with Apple devices, although not usually wifi calling. It may be worth a try though.
If there is an issue caused by this update we will probably all know about it soon as more uptake of the update happens.

I need to speak to Sky as I have now tested it with Virgin, office wifi (weaker signal) and it all works. It is obviously a clash between Sky Broadband settings and Apple IOS18.2 or later. Even Apple are stumped and have done some downloaded some logs which of trying to make a call. I need to speak to sky when I get back and raise my request as a complaint.

I'm facing the same issue and called sky max WiFi experts, completely useless couldn't help and recommended to wryly reset the phone and the router and hope it solves it. Did all this and no change at all

Alright, folks, I’ve found a solution to this problem. In my case, it turned out to be related to the mobile provider, Three. In my opinion, it’s the worst network in this country, and the range of services they offer, along with their quality, is unsatisfactory. Constant call drops due to poor network infrastructure pushed me to switch to another provider, EE. After activating their service and transferring my number from Three eSIM to EE eSIM, my WiFi Calling issue was resolved. Everything works as it should now, and I’m happy with the outcome.

I haven't been able to make WiFi calls on my home Sky WiFi since iOS 18.2. I have replaced both ID Mobile SIMs. I have tried using both ID Mobile SIMs from my (16 Pro Max) and my wife's (15) phones in a friend's older iPhone and they both worked on our Sky WiFi. I used our SIMs in his phone on our WiFi and only mine worked. His Vodafone SIM worked in mine but not in my wife's. I have also connected both our phones with their ID Mobile SIMs on other WiFi networks out and about and they work perfectly.
Today I connected to a different home network through a TP-link router and both our phones made and received WiFi calls!!!
Go figure!
And to cap it all the Sky engineer cancelled our visit first thing. That's the third no show/cancellation since I switched to Sky at the end of last year. I will be asking for a new router. If that doesn't solve the issue I will switch carriers. Oh what fun...
Good luck with getting yours sorted.

For what it's worth, I've also just come across this problem and switching to WPA2 appears to have fixed it.
