Sky broadband speed drop after Virgin works
Precisely from the date that Virgin completed installation of fibre down the road outside my property, my Sky Broadband speed has dropped to 7Mb/s (with a guaranteed speed of 32Mb/s).
Could this be related? Open Reach (via Sky) are sending someone to look but is it possible that Virgin have damaged my connection somehow?

@stevet.uk Please can you post your router stats so the forum can advise on any issues. This link explains how to do that https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717#

Hi
Of course. No problem. Sky sent a replacement router as an initial fix but that hasn't resolved the issue so they've called in Openreach.
Here are the stats:

Re: Sky broadband speed drop after Virgin works
@stevet.uk VM may well use the poles & ducting that carry Openreach's cabling but they should not be touching any connection either at your property/pole or cabinet as that is Openreachs property.
May be coincidence, but no one could really say until the fault is found.
