Sky broadband speed checker

The checker indicates all is well but it just won't give me the speed. Is this something to do with the worldwide IT meltdown?

@white-cross  Have you not checked the router stats to show the speed coming to the router?

@Highlinder @Yes, of course, but normally the speed checker gives my speed and the average speed over the last 30 days. I'm just wondering why it isn't working as it normally does

@white-cross  I have never seen that happen in the time I had Sky broadband to not show your speed over the previous 30 days and the speed you are getting at present.
