Sky broadband speed and package.

Hi there. I'd like to make some changes to my broadband package.  Firstly, my package includes a landline and associated charge.  I want to cancel this as I no longer use my landline - it is a waste of money.  Secondly,  I'd like to request a new router and a boost to my broadband speed.  The router is very old and my broadband speed often lags.  I look forward to hearing from you.  Thanks.

You are not speaking to Sky this is a public forum.

 

A telephone line or fibre cable is required to deliver your broadband so you'll always have one however the charge is included in your total monthly cost so if you see a separate charge for landline its likely you have a calls package that you can remove.

 

As for a new router, which router do you currently have? You are not automatically entitled to a new router. The Sky Q hub (ER115) is the default router for Sky customers who do not have boost or SOGEA. If you have broadband boost then you should have the Sky Broadband Hub (SR203) & if you have Sky Max then you get the Sky Max hub.
