Hi all, I have sky ultrafast broadband with speeds of up to 145mps. Note not new customer of broadband. Last few days broadband modem has been losing connection with all lights going off (phone also plugs into it). Spoke to sky and advised to reset modem with success. However noticed broadband extremely slow (online test shows 4-6mps and speed test on upstairs boaster (20mps). Modem is not losing the 4 green lights. Have run and rerun sky app test my connection without issues. However the speed is not like it normally is and defiantly something a miss. Not sure if the modem is faulty (probably 3-4 years old). Any help thank you Rob.

Hi, I've had a new modem replacement and an engineer visit. Line test is showing no fault and broadband wi fi speed 130-150mps (issue blamed on iPhone speed test which giving me 30-40mps). However connection problems continue with numerous devices not working such as Xbox, ps5 and pc is showing network issues with ip4v not connected. I do remember the sky engineer trying to show me on Netflix app the speed and it also did not register despite numerous attempts (maybe same issue). Tried resetting modem, removing phone from modem too with no success.
At a loss, any ideas please?
