Sky broadband shield

I'm trying to disable the bb shield but the save settings option does not highlight. Can someone pleas help me to disable the bb shield. Thanks.

@Katb2 check you are using the Sky id linked to the account as only the main account holder can change the settings. If you are give Sky a call as there could be an issue with your account set up.

Thanks, I'm just waiting for the lines to open. I am the account holder. It's very frustrating. I've been trying to sort it out myself but it just won't let me save the Disable option.

I've managed to sort it out now thanks chrissie. I had to disable the shield via the 'customise preferences' option. I was then able to save the changes.
