Sky broadband service down

Sky broadband service stopped working again happened last month also for over a day

The timing of your posts suggest it may be maintenance taking place. This is carried out overnight to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. If it's still down by about 0700 check for a local outage and/or report it to Sky.
