Sky broadband router no power

My sky broadband hub is down no power lights - either the router or the power cable have failed. Sky glass only works on wifi so obviously the whole house is without tv and wifi - anyone know any ways to contact sky without calling and waiting.

We can escalate as well but calling would be the quickest
