Sky broadband resets every night

Our broadband resets at 2.30am every night and im not sure whats causing it. Can someone tell me if this is part of the modern hubs design or a settings issue im able to change.

Does the internet light change colour at all

Do you have sky q?

Im not sure if the actual hub changes colour, I'll have to check tonight. . I notice it starts with the Sky Q box rebooting, then the mini box in my room does it at the same time.. it turns red then after a minute or two it returns to the standby Amber colour.  the Wi-Fi seems to stay connected

Between 02:30 and 05:45 the q box goes into eco mode meaning devices connected to the sky q mesh drop off as well as the q box

To change echo mode follow the steps below and change eco mode to none
