Sky broadband not working, pressed reset many times nothing , unplugged and plugged back in that's not helping, this has been happening daily and now it's doing nothing, can't watch TV because we have sky glass thinking it's time to cancel and go to virgin media

This has been happening to me, every time something or someone touches WiFi box or the wire the whole WiFi turns off, I have kids and the box is in the living room it gets touched on a daily basis, I also have sky glass making using the tv very difficult hopefully they fix it soon as this is ridiculous

Same gets tested says there's no issue, I'm thinking of complaining again. Only had a few months and happens on a regular basis. Sky you need to get this sorted asap .....losing customers
