Sky broadband not connecting to skyQ box

My wifi is working fine on all devices except my skyQ box. I can't access any of my apps like Netflix and Disney . Was working fine as I was watching something on netfilx then it just went off. 

I've done diagnostic check on sky app and it's saying there isn't an issue. Done a reset and turned the router off and back on and still nothing. Just a blue screen saying no Internet connection and we will keep trying to connect.  

Seems a few people are having issues. Anyone from sky care to help?

You won't get a response from Sky support in response to a forum post.  Give Sky has around six million broadband households and over ten million on subscription television, at any particular point in time simple percentages dictate that there are going to be more than a few with issues.
