Can someone help!
My sky broadband connection is shocking. All devices in the household was working for. When trying to use social media, then one day all of a sudden it stopped loading all social media and poor connection! With sky customer services being no help whatsoever saying oh it's just the phone. Well we all have new current model phones and tablets.
and then expecting me to pay above the odds for it when I'm not getting a connection is beyond me. Have thought of refusal of payment until issue sorted.
