Sky broadband never works!

For the last 2 weeks my broadband has been going down. All day I get 10 minutes of Internet and it stops working again. I'm fed up because when I do my service checker apparently it's fine according to sky!! I've had nothing but problems for years and when they say they are sending an engineer they never show up!!

@Gem33542  Other than running the service checker did you also run the broadband test to see if this picks up any external issues?

Yes unfortunately it's saying the same. Everything looks good. Its Just frustrating
