Sky broadband keeps dropping every half hour

I'm using Sky Broadband Superfast. It worked fine until a week ago when it started dropping out intermittently throughout the day every hour or so. Now it's become more frequent and is just a nightmare. In the past 30 minutes it's disconnected twice so far. 

 

Router shows orange light when the broadband isn't working. Re-setting does nothing.

 

I've contacted Sky and was told they ran some tests and everything is working fine!

Any help is much appreciated.

@OceanBunny If the internet led is orange the hub is losing connection to the line.check the cable from the hub to the incoming sevice isnt loose or damaged if it is there is your problem and tge quickest solution is to buy a new cable locally . Assuming that isnt the issue call Sky report the continued line drops and ask them to escalate to Openreach.
