Hi all.
My sky broadband is working and I have sky TV.
When I go onto the recordings menu it keeps saying "please wait"
I'm unable to download or watch anything due to a "technical issue" or "it looks like you don't have Internet connection"
On netflix and BBC iplayer, I am able to get onto the apps and menu but the stream will not play.
All my ticks are positive in the network status menu and it is showing we have good connection. I've also reset the modem and sky box to get them to connect.
I'd be grateful for any ideas please!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@CreelyIf your Sky TV is by dish then the live material will not be effected. It will be only the on demand material that you will be unable to view.
Sounds like you have done all the normal checks on your broadband. Have you tried to re-start the Sky Q to see if it will re-connect?

Thank you. Yes I've restarted the sky q box and WiFi but nothing worked 😓
