I've just received my sky broadband and am trying to set it up, the power and WiFi buttons are green but the internet one is off. I've received the email saying it's been activated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tommy687 the emails often precede the actual connection which is done when it suits Openreach and can be anytime up until midnight.
