Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Maxine358150 unplug the power to the hub for a few seconds and reboot the unit which may sort the issue. If it doesnt call Sky to get your line checked but given its a holiday weekend nothing much will happen until next week if you need an engineer to check the line. Lots of lines are having issues due to the weather so lines maybe pretty busy. If you call from your Sky Talk line, dial 150 gives you a free call but the line could be crackling if it is report that fault as thst can prioritise your issue.

Hi Chrisee, I've tried the following methods which you stated, it hasn't solved the issue with the green lights they're static. While me responding to your message it happened again 2 green lights flashing orange then a few minutes later they turn back to static. Anyway thank you very much for your assistance i will contact SKY next week.
