My Sky broadband has been sporadically cutting out multiple times a day for months now. I work from home and have had to lose days of pay on some occasions as it is dropping out so much that I am missing work meetings. I have attached a screenshot of my router statistics. On some days it only happens at night and other days it happens multiple times an hour, making working from home impossible.
Can somebody please assist me with this issue.

i have been trying to speak to a human at Sky in Ireland but i simply cannot get through to anyone. Is there a direct line to speak to a human at all? I am strongly considering cancelling Sky broadband at this rate as it has cost me time and money.

I am having the exact same problems. Where did you get the report from which shows the stats? Thank you

You should have alternative options in place incase issues like this come up. E.g. Option to go into an office, 4G backup or Business broadband connection.
