Sky broadband goes off every night at 7.20 pm approx.
Why? Same with a neighbour.

@RJSmith2024 as well as posting your stats consider what happens at the same time as the likely problem is something is causing interference which causes your and your neighbour's routers to lose conection. It will be some electrical kit either in or near your two homes older street lights can be the cause but it can be literally anything like a faulty microwave, a sparking switch etc.

A favourite suspect for a regular mid-evening interruption would be a central heating pump triggered by a timer. As @Chrisee indicates, it can also be a manual device which a human habitually activates at a particular time.
