Sky broadband goes every afternoon

Pretty much since we got our internet, it goes down every afternoon at around 1pm, then we do not even get the internet back until 8pm or 9pm, my partner works from home and this is getting ridiculous and frustrating, we have sky streaming as well so with no internet no tv, please help!!!!!

When it happens at roughly the same time on numerous days have a think about other devices come on or go off at the same time.

They all go off at the same time, this is happening every day now and if I'm perfectly honest I am not happy, even my mum thinks it's odd how it goes every afternoon. We are promised engineers will come out but the issue still is not resolved

@Adriana_93 the most likely cause is something causing interference thst starts around that time. While it could be outside your home it is more likely something of your own Anything using wireless like a speaker would becaxsuspect, as would a microwave or fluorecent light but a lot of things can cause issues.

 

If you post your hub's stats forum members maybe able to advise see  Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
