Sky broadband down for many but website says no issues

It seems since the stormy weather started on Friday many of your customers have connection problems with many posting in the forum to complain. Yet your service checker and website say everything is fine.

I can't even use my wifi to access sky, couldn't load log in or service checker, I have been using my mobile data all weekend and there is no acknowledgement from sky that so many people have lost their internet!

Internet has been spotty all weekend, unable to do video calls etc without it cutting out. Then this morning it has completely stopped working. Unable to connect at all. Follows all guided troubleshooting steps via Sky but still not working.

Internet light is amber.

 

We have been experiencing drops in connection all weekend and until this morning. Since this morning, internet now not working at all.

@bpeck I have esaclated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. We also have the same issue of the wifi/broadband being down intermitantly since the weekend. The web site test says there is no problem, but there definately is. How do I get this issue investigated please SKY?
