Sky broadband down all day

Sky broadband has been down in S75 since early morning. Anyone else having issues and any update from Sky on when the issue will be fixed?

If it's just your address affected Sky won't know about it so you need to call and report it.


The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you notify Sky of the fault, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (new rates apply from 01/04/24 of £9.76 per day).

They are aware. Both the sky app and their phone line says there is a problem in the area. Normally it is never down this long and I was hoping for some form of update as not much communication from Sky so far

Sky will only be able to update based on what they are told by Openreach. Openreach aren't good at this.
