Sky broadband, constant buffering, slow

For the past few months, we have had constant problems watching anything on Netflix or prime, with constant buffering, pixelating, we used to have no issues with our sky broadband, but this is all the time now, my son is unable to doing any PC gaming, as everything just lags. Why is our sky broadband now doing this, when we had no issues with it before.

We are now getting the same. Constant buffering when trying to watch things and the Internet just dropping out. Has yours resolved?

Just to clarify, are you using WiFi or are you wired in with ethernet?

Unfortunately no, still the same, constant buffering when watching Netflix or prime, and my son having constant issues with gaming on his pc.

Same here. Upgraded to sky fibre from ordinary broadband. Nothing has changed, all furniture and TV sets in exact same location. New fibre hub in same location as the old removed hub and we get constant buffering now which we never had before. Also no reception for Netflix in bedroom which never happened before and still takes hours to download a game for xbox. All this completely defeats the point of fibre. What a waste of money and time as well as hassle allowing sky and openreach to drill and install new equipment which obviously doesn't work.

Watching bbc I player , no other device and constant buffering , had virgin before with no issues at all , .I have run a health check and the results were perfect but it is rubbish , wish I had stayed with Virgin

I am having exactly the same problem. It's been fine for years and now the buffering is making any streaming impossible. Can't even get through to a real person to discuss!
