Sky broadband connection is disconnecting and speed is very slow

Sky broadband connection is very slow and disconnecting frequently. All other lights are green except internet light. Internet lights blinking and off very frequently. Last week average speed is only 4.7 mb. Not able to do our daily tasks including work.
